hi guys,i currently own 3 sets of irons,3 drivers 2x3 woods,2x5 woods 2 hybrids and 3 putters not to mention 3 golf bags and 3 tolleys.
current favourites are the wilson-staff DI5 irons, regular graphite shafts, but the deep red 2 tours with TX90 shafts and slightly thicker grips are often to be seen digging up the fairways, the ben hogan apex plus are the clubs that the golfer in me wants to play with but dont play often enough to do these beauties[or myself]justice.
although my wilson DD6 driver with 10 degrees of loft on the end of its aldila regular shaft plays well and quite long i find that i still keep returning to the good old [well not so old]callaway erc fusion with its very helpful 11 degrees of forgivness.i have only today become the not so proud owner of a very poor imitation of the titleist 905 courtesy of a dubious ebayer, hard lesson learned there.fairway woods consist of the brilliant callaway big berthas and the old men of the golf shed ping zing laminates with graphite shafts[very dated but very long on a going day.
